PLC 2020 (GILSON)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PLC 2020 is a compact and self-contained purification platform that can perform manual injection purification runs from 1 to 100 mL\/min with pressures up to 4060 psi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system can accommodate up to four 1-liter solvent tanks and choose from four different elution solvents. It also features integrated dual wavelength variable UV\/VIS detection and fraction collection functions, all controlled by the user-friendly touchscreen controller with an intuitive, easy-to-use software interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-columns\u00a0: XBridge peptide BEH C18 OBD prep column (5 mm, 300 \u00c5, 10 \u00d7 250 mm), XBridge Prep C18 5 \u00b5m OBD, 19 \u00d7 150 mm, or 19 \u00d7\u00a0100 mm and Zorbax 300SB-C3 column (5 \u00b5m, 9.4 \u00d7 250 mm) are placed in an extra temperature chamber, which can be programed (up to 70 \u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
