Thiol chemistry and hence chemical protein synthesis is best carried out under inert atmosphere.
-Modular and custom-made glove box with 2 workstations equipped with antistatic electricity BHP butyl ambidextrous gloves (186 mm diameter, 750 mm length, 6/10 thickness)
-High performance glove box with autonomous purification unit <1 ppm O2 (2 kgs of BTS catalyst for quenching O2).
-Three entry locks of different sizes (100 mm, 150 mm and 400 mm diameter) to introduce materials or samples into the glovebox.
-Touch screen for lock handling, forced scan, regeneration/purification…
-Work in depression or surpression.
-Vacuum pump (21 m3/h, 10-2 mbar).
-Activated carbon filter in the glove box.
-N2 bottle connected to the glove box for replacing incoming air.
-H2 5%/ N2 95% bottle punctually connected to the glove box for catalyst regeneration.
