Equipped with:
-LPG 3400 SD low-pressure gradient Pump (4 solvents) with integrated vacuum degasser. Working pressure : up to 62 MPa (9000 psi)
-TCC 3000 SD Column compartment (column thermostating in a temperature range from 5 °C up to 80 °C, switching valves between columns)
The column chamber is equipped with 2 columns in parallel (2.1 mm or 4.6 mm inner diameters columns, 50-150 mm lengths, 3.5 µm-5 µm particle sizes, C3 zorbax or C18 XBridge in routine working at 0.4 mL/min or 1 mL/min in routine)
-WPS 3000 SL AutoSampler including 100 µL seringe, 100 µL sample loop, 100 µL buffer loop, 3 caroussels of 40 vials, up to 100 µL injected)
-VWD 3400 RS Detector (RS Variable Wavelength Detector, deuterium lamp for UV detection and tungsten lamp for VIS detection, 190-900 nm detection range, measures simultaneously up to 4 different wavelengths)
Operation with the Thermo Scientific Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) software.

Equipped with:
-VC-P20-A-01 pump, quaternary serial dual-piston pump, low pressure gradient proportioning, pressure 2-70 MPa, maximal flow rate 10 mL/min, built-in solvent degassing
-VC-C10-A-03 column compartment (column thermostating in a temperature range from 5 °C up to 85 °C)
The column chamber is equipped with one column (2.1 mm or 4.6 mm inner diameters columns, 50-150 mm lengths, 3.5 µm-5 µm particle sizes, C3 zorbax or C18 XBridge in routine working at 0.4 mL/min or 1 mL/min in routine)
-VC-A13-A-02 Split Sampler C (injection with a split loop, 4 caroussels of 56 vials + capacity of 12 x 22.5 mm OD vials (≤10 mL) in the carousel, up to 100 µL injected)
–VC-D40-A-01 Detector (VWD-C, Variable Wavelenght Detector, 190-750 nm detection range, UV and VIS detection, up to 2 channels)
